League of Dreams Cancelled

Due to concerns with the coronavirus COVID-19, Prospect Meadows and the Cedar Rapids Tuesday Noon Optimists, sponsor of the field where the League of Dreams plays, have decided to cancel the 2020 season.

The League of Dreams is a noncompetitive, coach-pitched, instructional baseball program for 4^th and 5^th graders offered at the complex. The program organized by Prospect Meadows, with the support of Perfect Game, and contributions from Minor League Baseball Charities, is free to area boys and girls. The League of Dreams will be offered in the future when it is safe to do so with guidance from state and local public health officials.
